I design proposals that are entirely, unmistakably yours – the right location, the right moment, every detail considered. You ask the question. I make it impossible to forget.
Most proposals are improvised. A nice restaurant, a ring in a pocket, a rehearsed speech – and the hope that the moment will feel as meaningful as the relationship deserves. Sometimes it does. Often, looking back, something was missing: the wrong setting, a distraction, a detail that didn't fit. A moment that could have been extraordinary was simply adequate.
The most important question you will ever ask someone deserves the same care you would bring to anything truly irreplaceable. That means thinking through every element – location, timing, atmosphere, the unexpected detail that makes it unmistakably about the two of you – and then executing it flawlessly so that nothing demands your attention except the person in front of you.
That is what I do. I plan it, coordinate it, and put it in motion – so you are completely free to be present for the moment itself.
"A proposal is the one moment in your life where you want nothing to go wrong – and nothing to demand your attention except the person you are asking. My job is to make sure that is exactly what happens. You bring the love. I bring everything else."– Mara
For a proposal with a specific date, 4–8 weeks gives us time to secure the right location and arrange every element without rushing. For more flexible timing, 2–3 weeks is workable. Proposals involving permits, private venue hire, or complex production need longer – contact me as early as possible.
This is exactly where the planning process earns its value. I will ask you about your partner – what they love, what they find excessive, what aesthetic they respond to. The proposal I design will be built around who they actually are, not a generic idea of romance. If something won't fit them, I will tell you directly.
Not directly – ring selection is a deeply personal process and I prefer to leave that entirely with you. However, I work with a small number of trusted jewellers in Vienna and can make an introduction if you would like guidance on where to look. If an ethical, sustainably sourced stone matters to you, I can also help you find a jeweller whose story matches that.
Mara's planning and coordination fee starts at €500. This covers the initial consultation, location sourcing, scenario design, supplier coordination, and day-of management. Proposals involving private venue hire, performers, or complex multi-location logistics are quoted individually after the initial call.
The first conversation is confidential, unhurried, and entirely without obligation.
